Phase 1 – 52 residential units ranging from compact, one-bedroom flats to breathtaking penthouses. Work commenced on Phase 1 in summer 2004 and is due for completion August or September 2005. Phase 2 – An eleven-storey tower, which has already earned praise from the Royal Fine Arts Commission, contains 25 two-bedroom flats. Phase 2 is primed to start late 2005 for completion early 2007. Phase 3 – Complementing its taller siblings with 30 one and two-bedroom apartments, Phase 3 is likely to start early 2006 with completion a year later.
